- If I were to ask you to name The Seven Wonders of the World, you would probably scramble mentally to remember the impressive list. Historically speaking , it has been a list of seven sites known to the Ancient Greeks as the most awe inspiring locales in their known world.
The Great Pyramid of Giza, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, The Lighthouse of Alexandria, The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus,The Statue of Zeus at Olympia, The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus
Of course there is a list of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World-Channel Tunnel, CN Tower, Empire State Building, Golden Gate Bridge, Itaipu Dam, Netherlands North Sea Protection Works. Panama. Canal
However I beg to differ. Here are The REAL Seven Wonders of the World as presented in photographic images:

We do try to complicate things don’t we…nice reminder that I live among wonders every day. I stopped in because you were number 1962 on the NaBloPoMo list. My birth year. Funny how we find things we need.
