Words of hope from a woman who lived through the worst of the Black Plague, nursing the dying.
“All shall be well, all shall be well…
For there is a Force of love moving through the universe
That holds us fast and will never let us go.”
Lady Julian of Norwich ( c.a. 1342-1416)

.
The fruit and the purpose of prayer is to be one with and like God in all things.
all I did was listen
this was shown: that in falling and rising again we are always kept in that same precious love.

Thank you Melanie for this inspirational reminder. Many years ago, Bobbie, my wife went to Norwhich to visit the church where she was an anchorite! St. Julian’s Church, Timberhill, Norwich, but found it had been destroyed in a World War II air raid. But the monument in your photo has been erected on the site.
